A Business Case for 11i OM and E-Commerce Gateway

Using a case study, we will start by describing the business and IT environments, look at the business objectives for the Oracle applications technology, and then review the IT strategy taken. Areas covered will include data conversion, upgrade paths, and IT staffing.
