Hadoop and Big Data have traditionally been associated with open-source tools, complex scripting, and data scientists, but over the past year Oracle has begun to bring its development tools and database products to this area, making Hadoop and big data accessible to ODTUG developers. In this two-hour session, participants will take an in-depth look at Oracle’s new tools for working with Hadoop and big data, focusing on Oracle Data Integrator for Hadoop data loading and processing, Oracle Big Data Discovery for data analysis and visualization, and Oracle Big Data SQL for data access, reporting, and integration with Oracle Exadata data sets.
